Returns & Refunds

At Oila, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we're here to help if you receive a defective item or if there's an issue with shipping.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Defective Product: If you receive a product that is defective or faulty.
  • Shipping Defects: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping issues.

Please note that wear and tear from regular use is not covered under our refund policy.

How to Initiate a Return
If you believe your product meets the criteria for a refund, please email us at sales@oila.sg within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the defective product or shipping damage
  3. A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, if applicable.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items with normal wear and tear
  • Items damaged by misuse or neglect
  • Sale or promotional items
